Completely off topic but I’m just throwing this out onto the wibbly wobbly way to see if anybody feels like saluting.
They’re a set of Beatles autographs my Mother managed to wangle out of the boys back in 1963 when they visited the Imperial Ballroom in Nelson.
She doesn’t really want to get rid, but she’s after a new car and would obviously rather benefit from them now as opposed to any of her family seeing the benefit or leaving them as some sort of family heirloom.
The water damage was caused by yours truly when I let the bath overflow in 1977 (I was but a young pup) causing the kitchen ceiling to cave in.
So, if anybody’s interested, please drop me a line.

Hi Paul,
I have seen your post on butlersheetmetal.com and see that you have some Beatles signatures for sale. Can you please advise if your mother has decided to sell them and if they are still available.
Kind regards,
Andrew

I think she’s holding on to them for the time being until she goes to auction.

How much are you asking for the Beatles autographs? They’re fantastic, if a bit damaged.

Well I think she’s looking to sell them again, Paul. Can’t say that I know the price off the top of my head, but they’ll be a few thousand if you’re interested.
