Hot on the heels of the best small business blog award comes a little collaborative project from Robert French over at infOpinions?, myself and hopefully a few others along the way. Robert’s done a sterling job of getting the whole thing up and running and I’d like to publicly thank him.

It’s called BLOGthenticity and is basically real business bloggers talking about blogging their business. Not only that, but Robert is also incorporating it into his PR & Communications classes at Auburn University in a similar way he has MarcomBlog. Talk about public/private partnership – it’s horrible being a product of the 80′s.

BLOGthenticity also intends to be a valuable resource for anybody wanting to dip their toes into the world of business blogging as we’re fully integrating the AuburnMedia wikis into the site.

I’m really rather excited by it all, and so should you be, as it’ll mean I spend less time waffling inanely about business blogging on The Tinbasher.

We’re also looking for quality contributors who currently incorporate blogs into their web presence. At first we’re looking for bricks and mortar types who thoroughly ‘get it’, not half-baked affiliate link blogs. Then we’ll have to expand our reach when none of them reply!

After all, don’t we want everybody to be BLOGthentic ;-)
