Don’t you just love it when a plan comes together?

Well, well, well.
It actually seems that everything is up to speed regarding the planters and our new launch at the Celebrity Garden Show at Canary Wharf from the 24th to the 28th of March. And just looking at the site, these are the confirmed celebs so far.
Appearances:
Thursday 24th March: Toby Buckland
Friday 25th March: Pippa Greenwood
Saturday 26th March: Lisa Buckland
Sunday 27th March: Joe Swift
Monday 28th March: Monty Don
You’ll also be able to see me there everyday. Apparently it’s free to go and see that lot above, but you’ll need a special press pass to see me.
But seriously, if you want to come and take a look at us you only have to go here to reserve your free tickets. Plus, if you let me know you’re coming I’ll put the kettle on.
Anyway, back to the planters………
#1. We have a new name. I’m not going to tell you what it is – consider it a surprise. I know……I’m such a tease. But, we’re in the process of having our name lasered into a few of the planter panels and we have the domain. The stationery, brochures and logo are also in hand.
#2. The site is also coming along quite nicely. It’s going to have a nice little online store integrated into it, plus…wait for it…….a blog.
Not another one, you’re all saying, but I can assure you that this will be more focused in terms of garden and interior design etc. in relation to our planters. I tend to talk about our planters on The Tinbasher from more of a technical angle, and let’s face it, I think there’s an argument to talk about planters and gardens as well as planters and press brakes. It’s time we added the glamour. I also hope to have an expert, or two on board to give it a bit of added authority. I just wish Monty Don would stop pestering me about the network effect of blogs.
We’ve just got to get our new stuff fabricated, take some pictures, and we’re done and dusted. I don’t suppose there are any photographers who’d fancy doing the photos for some free advertising and a planter, or two? Let me know, if you’re keen. Also, let me know if you’re interested in doing a spot of beta testing on the new site.
Right, enough of the wittering and on with show.
