Well I’ve got a relatively busy weekend ahead. With the Home and Gardens Show at The I-X Center in Cleveland tomorrow and my adorable lady wife’s birthday to boot, it should make for quite an occasion. And before you start bemoaning the fact that I’m mixing business and pleasure, let me assure you that the wife’s birthday is hardly a pleasure. In fact, she’s extremely excited about spending a whole day looking at Americanised versions of English country gardens whilst I watch various natives glaze over as I try to explain our stainless steel planters.

If you want to see a rabbit in some headlights – talk to an American in an accent.

Then Sunday sees a Superbowl knees up round at Jake’s – Stephanie’s cousin. I’m going as Janet Jackson and Stephanie’s going as a wardrobe malfunction. Anybody know where I can find myself a spare rogue tit? At least that’ll be four hours getting tipsy watching adverts.

And on Monday it’s back to Blighty, so I might not blog until Tuesday, or Wednesday if you don’t mind.

But, in the name of all that is transparent, I’d appreciate any feedback you might have regarding The Tinbasher. Between award nominations and shout outs you may be forgiven for thinking that this is all going to my head. Far from it. At the end of the day this blog is about what you find interesting combined with what I think you might find interesting. Consequently, I’d be ever so grateful if you’d kindly leave any thoughts you have in the comments box.
