Whilst looking around for any new sheet metal blogs (and failing miserably I hasten to add), I found on Google.
Just down the road from me in Elyria, or, to be more precise, just down the I-75 Ohio Turnpike just outside Toledo, there’s trying to sell his metal stamping plant.
This is lock, stock and barrel plus a couple of kitchen sinks thrown in. You get the ten acre site complete with building and machinery, all his office equipment and all his vehicles including a 1984 Merc with 300,000 miles on the clock.
Far be it from me to say whether the asking price is a steal at $1,450,000.
I just find it innovative that he’s paid for a sponsored listing and has acquired the domain name for the purpose of getting rid.
Come on, it’s only had the one owner.
Well, since e-bay, people started selling anything they think of. I'd sell some things myself but nothing as big as a plant.
