When I used to read Viz, they ran a piece on on a guy called Hugo Guthrie, who was a guy at Tipton council responsible for tourism. Amongst his various PR releases including the discovery of "Nessie" hiding in the Tipton cut, was the finding in the town of a pair of underpants that had a stain that resembled Christ!

Wonder what they would fetch on e-bay?
