This guy rang me up for an interview yesterday from Spain of all places. Not that he’s Spanish, mind you. It transpired he used to live in Glusburn, which isn’t too far away from Nelson.
I have no idea how accurate the transcript is as it was more of an enjoyable chinwag than an interview. (More because we got on than Dennis having a poor interview technique.)
Anyway, he’s managed to omit the quote of the day which referred to the possibility of me doing a spot of consulting:
“Blog consulting……the last refuge of the true blog wanker.”
It sounds like an ideal career move, I know.

Ahem – I think we agreed it was a good idea for me to leave that one out. So out of respect to your good self, I didn’t print it though I was sorely tempted.
All good interviews should be a conversation. That’s why when I book time, I usually reckon on an hour. It pisses off the marketing bods who want to get their message over and zoom off…

See…..
I must’ve been enjoying it that much that I forgot.
Ever thought about getting into podcasts?

Small business blogs: A selection
Blogspotting asked for recommendations of small-biz blogs. The results ranged from a new Hollywood producer to a suburban Pittsburgh coffee shop.
