Every day in every way things seem to get better and better. John was telling me last week how he fully expects Butler Sheetmetal to turnover in six months this year what they did in twelve months last year. And, even though this can’t all be attributed to the website(s), a very healthy chunk of it can. For example, this week alone has seen £13,000 worth of orders come via the web.

It’s got to the stage that instead of speculating on how they might need more staff and larger premises if things kept progressing to looking how best to facilitate those changes whilst running at full tilt.

I suppose these are key times for the boys. But, as problems go, they’re the nicer kind to have. They’ve never been the types to go careering blindly down some alley on the crest of a wave. Nor are they prone to be too cautious as to miss an opportunity.

It’s something I’ve grown to quite like about them – although it’s taken me a while. ;-)
