stainless 15 Gauge @ 0.0703 has available bends @ .075; .10; .125; .15; .20

Formula for load calculation for bending to 90 degrees :
Load = (length x sq of thickness x Yield strength x K) / die opening .
K is constant varying from 1.2 to 1.33
For safer load calculation ( applicable for all materials) take K as 1.33 .

It is known that many Draw components require multiple stage draws. How to finalize the pre-form shapes & the no. of stages before the final draw? tell when restrike stage is required & why?
