This is a bespoke rotating conveyor system that Butler Sheetmetal Ltd designed and fabricated for a bakery.
The conveyor was to be attached to their existing bread machine and would allow employees to take the loaves as it rotated.
These pictures are obviously taken part way through the job before everything had been polished and cleaned up. We do quite a bit of hygenic stainless steel fabrication for the food industry, but this particular job was one of the more complex due to the specific requirements of the customer.
I must admit to not really knowing much other than it was attached to an existing bread machine which dropped the loaves on to the conveyor as it rotated.
Obviously, this is just the shell without any gizzards.
