Ah yes!

The oil-stained supermarket carpark; the mini-suv; the partially detached vinyl banner and the rusty skeleton of a ship’s bow surrounded by oversized pipe clips - a picture of lottery-funded urban renewal in Britain I sadly miss.

One of these days we’ll get to do the ship aswell. Everybody seems to forget that Jasper served his apprenticeship building ships in some Glaswegian shipyard.

He can rustle up a rusty weld with the best of them.
